The villa is spread over two floors. The main floor, elevated by 10 steps via two external staircases, includes a spacious kitchen and living area, along with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom.

A stylish staircase in the living area leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find 2 additional bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom with chromotherapy features, and a stunning terrace overlooking the pool, with the sea providing a breathtaking backdrop.

Villa Lara is perfectly suited for one or two families or a small group of friends, offering ample space and privacy for all.

Outside, the property features a parking area, a beautiful swimming pool, and an outdoor kitchen complete with a wood-fired oven and a third bathroom—perfect for enjoying meals al fresco.

The villa is conveniently located near both rocky shores (300 meters) and a sandy beach (1 km), offering the best of both worlds.
