An architectural project born from extensive experience in the field of design, one understated and elegant structure, the villa is particular also for the choice of materials used and the continuity between interior and exterior spaces: with attention to every detail, the general effect is that of luxury and sophistication.

This newly furnished seafront villa composed of adjacent apartments in the Argentario peninsula, minutes from the sea, is divided into one main dwelling and four more independent houses providing great living flexibility for an extended family or a large group of friends.  The estate features a large infinity swimming pool, many sundecks, terraces, gardens, and private parking.  All the units face the sea and have their own separate entrance.

They are all equipped with fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, washing machines, air conditioning, satellite TV, heating, and entrance intercom, circa a hundred meters above sea level.
A free service shuttle bus down to the beach is included, as well as access to a swimming pool club with a bar and restaurant.  Many beaches are all around.

• Morning Housekeeping Service 4 hours a day, 1 person of staff for 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

• 2 boxes of firewood included in the Winter
• Water, Electricity (Air Conditioning and appliances) up to 300 KHW per week, and Wi-Fi consumption is included

Please note that more hours of cleaning may be needed, depending on the size and habits of the group: our team will automatically increase hours and/or staff if required, to be accounted as extra, in order to maintain the house tidy and ready for current and upcoming guests)

The amount is linked to the number of guests (€340 per week for every 11 guests) and it’s composed by:
(i) Travel Planning performed by a dedicated travel planner
(ii) Touristic Municipal Taxes forfeited in the amount
(iii) Check-in and Property Status Control
(iv) Check-out and Damage Control and
(v) Remote Emergency Service 24/7
▪ Electricity over 300 KHW is forfeited at €100 plus VAT 22% per day
▪ Gas (Heating) consumption forfeited when used at €240 plus VAT 22% per day, weekly basis
