Welcome to Villa Valentina, a beautiful 6-bedroom beachfront villa situated on the stunning Long Bay Beach.

Villa Valentina is a place of endless sunshine located on 3 miles of white sandy beach which runs down to the stunning turquoise Caribbean waters.
This villa is newly constructed and sits on 3.3 acres, with 240 ft of prime beach frontage. This tranquil estate enjoys breathtaking views of the uninterrupted turquoise sea and the luscious tropical surroundings of Long Bay.

Turks and Caicos Islands’ famous Long Bay Beach offers stunning views and picturesque beaches. Long Bay Beach is known to be one of the nicest beaches in Providenciales. The beach consists of a large stretch of coastline on the south shore, with beautiful powdery white sands and hardly any visitors. The water is warmer on this side and the waves are shallow and calm, providing excellent swimming opportunities.

Although this stunning villa is in a low-density area with just a few private villas- it is only minutes away from the island’s finest resorts, restaurants, golf courses, casinos, and other attractions.

As you arrive at this dream Caribbean vacation home you will be in awe of its beauty. You enter the villa through a magnificent gated entrance and long driveway, surrounded by lush landscaped grounds that are in perfect harmony with the tropical native vegetation.

The villa has been cleverly designed with large windows and French doors to allow in the natural light and panoramic ocean views throughout. Interior furnishings are subtle and elegant expressions of modern comfort complimented by unique antique pieces that add character and timelessness to this new house.

Valentina comprises six spacious en-suite bedrooms- two of which are master suites. This exquisite villa also offers a guest powder room, a large upper-level Great Room with a balcony overlooking the pool, and wonderful ocean views.

The villa’s lower level consists of a covered outdoor dining terrace for alfresco dining or evening cocktails, a family room/library with French doors that access the pool patio, a large dining room with a fully equipped European-style kitchen, and an expansive pool terrace.

ACCOMMODATION

Living Room: Upper-level living Room with pocket sliding doors to balcony giving enchanting beach and sea views; second balcony facing front gardens, cathedral ceilings, white-washed hardwood floors, 48″ flat screen TV, DVD/CD player.

Bedrooms: The Master Bedroom comes with a king-size poster bed, a balcony overlooking the beach and pool, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.Upper level: The upper level of the house features one Queen Bedroom and bathroom.
There are also two bedrooms with double twin beds open to private balconies with sea view; en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and granite vanities. Lower Level: the lower level has a Queen bedroom with four poster beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a marble tub with a shower.

In addition to these 5 bedrooms, there is a sixth bedroom located in the Guest Apartment. This bedroom is known as the second Master Bedroom Suite and features a King-size four-poster bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette, sitting area with sofa bed and armchair, 52″ flat screen TV, table for 4, private balcony facing beach. Each bedroom has control air conditioning, ceiling fans, large closets, and a glamorous en-suite marble bathroom with granite vanity and shower.

Other Rooms: Covered terrace with outside dining Entry foyer and 2-story high reception hall, Bajan stone clad walls, travertine tile, and grand sweeping staircase to the upper level. Air-conditioned Library/sitting room facing poolside.

Dining Area: Dining area with oak dining table seating 12 and French doors to outdoor dining terrace and pool patio. Very large gourmet kitchen, with granite countertops, large central island, commercial 6-burner gas stove with grill, double oven, 2 dishwashers, separate larder/pantry with double fridge-freezers, icemakers, microwave, and lots of storage.

Notes: Laundry room with double washing machines and double dryers. Wonderful ocean views from every room of the luxury house and 4 of the 6 bedrooms have private balconies. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, including children.If approval is given for additional guests a charge of $50/per person per night will apply.

CANCELLATION

• Cancel up to 61 days before your trip and only pay 50% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
• Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

• Check out by 10 AM
• No parties with exterior visitors allowed
• No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities
• The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state. Villas & Retreats reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
