An ancient dwelling restored to provide all comforts, located 3 km from Modica. The stone walls tell the story of the area, preserved with care by the owners. The villa’s entrance is via a wide driveway where you can park.

The interiors feature artisanal furnishings that highlight local tradition. The dining area, both indoors and outdoors under a pergola, is spacious, bright, and fully equipped with a minimalist and functional design.

The living room is perfect for convivial moments, with a fireplace and views of the pool and garden. The 3 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and shower, have stone walls and are filled with light from the garden.

The surrounding garden and infinity pool offer special corners for unique experiences, from dining with local delicacies to outdoor yoga sessions. Villa Trifilla is immersed in nature and offers complete privacy, just 5 minutes by car from the Modica commercial area and 20 minutes from the golden beaches of Marina di Modica.

Note: Due to the proximity of the pool to the house, the villa is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
