Welcome to Villa Pélagie, a stunning private beachfront villa. This incredible, newly renovated villa enjoys the laid back and quiet beach almost completely to itself.

The exotic entrance is lined with palms and tropical foliage and flanked by Moroccan arches and ironwork. Making your way inside, the hand carved double door opens wide to the amazing views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea. This opulent villa embraces a modern and open plan design. The interiors are fully air conditioned and airy, allowing the villa to remain cool and refreshing under the warm sun. From the spacious living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen, to the seamless transition onto the terrace – Pélagie villa has it all. Enjoy the panoramic ocean views as you cook some breakfast or have our concierge arrange your very own professional chef to cater for your meals.

Adjacent to the living room is a large semi-private media room and library. Here you can entertain all age groups as you put on your favorite film or enjoy time lounging on the plush seating as you chat with your loved ones. The fabulous and well equipped French Caribbean style kitchen has sea views and a gorgeous Lacanche professional stove.

As you step out onto the open terrace your eyes will instantly focus on the sparkling ocean views. Listen to the waves roll in as you relax on the comfortable sun loungers laced around the terrace. You can slip into the silky water of the beachfront swimming pool to cool down or swim some laps. The pool is large and great for big groups as everyone has space to swim and splash about. The pool is also heated so it is never too cold for a soothing swim, morning noon or night. In the center of the horseshoe-shaped pool, is a covered loggia for relaxing and dining by the poolside. A hot tub sits nearby for ultimate relaxation. A built-in outdoor barbeque provides additional cooking spaces. This property is equipped with the CO2 free electric mosquito trap

Villa Pélagie has a total of 5 bedrooms, accommodation 10 guests. Four of the five-bedroom suites have sea views and are located within the main house. These four king sized bedrooms each has a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, and three of the rooms have large bathtubs. The fifth bedroom is based in a private casita, located off the courtyard.

The villa comes with housekeeping, daily excluding Sundays and public holiday. Additionally, the villa has an on-site manager skilled in taking care of your needs. At Villas Retreats we offer a full, complimentary concierge service with all our villas. We can arrange car rental, VIP airport assistance, airport transfers, pre-stock the villa with groceries prior to your arrival, make restaurant reservations, spa treatments, organize excursions and much more. All our villas have been personally inspected by a member of our team and we feature only the best villas throughout the Caribbean and in some parts of Europe.

• There is a predetermined list of 3 chefs who can offer chef services in this villa. No other contracted chefs will be permitted. Please consult your Personal Concierge for further details.
• Massages, Pedicure & Manicure must be provided by “Carole” at additional cost. Please consult your Personal Concierge for further details
• No Event will be permitted unless it has been approved by the owners (small event only) at the time of the booking
• No extra guest unless it is a child who must be approved at the time of the booking (US$ 40/day/extra guest including bed and linen)
• No outside guest will be permitted on the property unless it has been approved by the owners at the time of the booking

LOCATION DETAILS

Villa Pélagie is located on the private beach of Pélagie in St Martin. The Caribbean Island of St Martin is divided into a French and Dutch area. Its natural features include large lagoons, white/golden sand beaches and salt pans. The island has a vibrant tourist-friendly ambiance and nightlife. It offers it’s guest a profusion of shopping opportunities as well as the famous duty-free shops.

Pélagie is located on the French side of the island, near the capital or Grand Case. Although the villa is very secluded you are steps from the fantastic culinary scene in Grand Case. The villa is a short drive to Hope Estate for gourmet grocery shopping, 10 minutes to Orient Beach, 20 minutes to Marigot and 30 minutes to the international airport.

This villa is a beachfront home. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur.

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 50% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
