The ground level is impressive with bright open living space and floor-to-ceiling windows allowing spectacular views, equipped with contemporary furnishings, a fireplace, top-of-the-line kitchen facilities, and a dining table seating 18, all with access to a large 300 m2 terrace with a heated pool and sun loungers. The upper levels occupy all ensuite bedrooms, fitness activities, a game room and access to balconies, ideal for admiring sunsets. One of the bedrooms is part of a separate apartment with its own entrance, a private bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed making it a perfect choice for those opting for extra privacy.

With nine bedrooms 18 adult guests are comfortably accommodated.

Brela is a lovely town along the Makarska Riviera. It features one of the most popular beaches in the world, Punta Rata. Despite this attraction, the town is less touristy than some of its larger neighbors, with calm waters and beautiful pebble beaches, making it a popular destination among families. We recommend an easy excursion to nearby islands as well as a trip to the bustling Split for an array of restaurant options and boundless shopping.
