A charming, unique villa immersed in the Syracuse countryside: welcome to Villa Oliva, a wonderful, stylishly furnished property surrounded by a garden containing typical Mediterranean plants and flowers.
A driveway lined with colorful trees and lush plants leads you to the main entrance to the farmhouse.
Behind the villa is a beautiful 10 x 5 m private swimming pool surrounded by a fine green English garden. Here, there is stylish furniture, a large covered patio, and a lounge area. You have everything you need to relax and enjoy the outdoors!

And now, we come to the house:

At first glance inside, you’ll find a beautiful and elegant space where the large windows let in plenty of light. This consists of a living/dining room and a beautiful and rustic kitchen that overlooks the pool area. The living room has a stylish, welcoming atmosphere, and the kitchen is decorated with light grey and blue tones and typical Sicilian ceramics.
From the living area, we move to the sleeping area, which consists of five bedrooms and three bathrooms, all elegantly furnished, bright, and spacious.
All of this is just a short distance away from the sea and the fascinating Baroque towns of Sicily.

Cancellation

• Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 30% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
• Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
