Luxurious in every aspect this stunning beauty is located 300m from the beach with views of the gorgeous Cavtat Bay, 25 minutes from the infamous Dubrovnik and within walking distance to restaurants. 320 m² occupy the sophisticated interior with designer furniture, a wine cellar with a tasting room, ample ensuite bedrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a finish sauna, a gym, a steam room, a fireplace, and elegant fixtures. Spacious outdoor area provides another fully equipped kitchen with a covered alfresco dining table, comfy lounge seating, a 36 m² pool and immaculate green lawn with pine trees, altogether occupying over 1000 m². Your gracious hosts have generously provided 2 electric bicycles and a Vespa for your use. Additionally, daily cleaning, concierge service, and a welcome basket are also included. With four luminous king bedrooms, 8 guests are comfortably accommodated. An additional single bed can be provided for the 9^th guest if necessary, upon request.

Cavtat is a holiday resort destination 18 kilometers south of Dubrovnik voted, in fact, as one of the top European destinations in 2021.  It is best known for its beaches, but it does however hold an important place in cultural history of the area. Local customs, folk costumes and traditional embroidery is integrated in locals’ daily lives and can be witnessed in the village Čilipi eight kilometers away. Here a local museum exhibits such examples and the summer festival displays cultural performances and traditional dances. Cavtat invites you to relax, dine well, enjoy the landscape, take a soothing swim, a scenic walk and to enjoy life simply. And if you’re looking for more action, hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik is just 25 min away.
