Chic and comfortable furniture and brand-name appliances characterize the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and air conditioning in all rooms is standard.

Other amenities include a very good infrastructure. The sophisticated marina of Port Adriano has developed into a real hotspot in the southwest of Mallorca. Numerous bars, restaurants, and boutiques have settled on the pier designed by Philippe Starck and provide variety at the highest level. The sandy beach directly in front is ideal for small children. Further shopping facilities, a larger sandy beach, and various cafés and restaurants can be found in the center of Santa Ponsa, 5 minutes away. The center of Palma is about 20 minutes away.
