Elements of classic Apulian residential architecture, such as the exposed stones, are combined with contemporary touches, like bottom to ceiling windows and modern infrastructure and energysaving systems. Materials include Tuff stone, lime, and wood locally sourced. THE PRICE INCLUDES
- Morning Housekeeping Service 1 or 2 persons of staff 8 hours a day 7 days a week from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm);
- Bed linen changed up to 2 times a week;

- Butler Service 7 days a week from 9 am to 8 pm;

Balance must be paid a maximum of 90 days before arrival and consists of 50% of rental plus 20% of gross rental (of which 10% for Damage Deposit and 10% of Refundable Advanced Provisioning Allowance).
Bookings canceled 90 days (or less) before arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
The same provisions regarding the calculation of penalties will apply to requests for Rental date change.

To maintain the home in good conditions as guests found it, more hours of cleaning may be needed. The local team may increase hours if necessary, to be accounted as extra, to maintain the house tidy for current and upcoming
guests.- LAUNDRY Your property does feature a washing machine, iron and board. Delicate clothing that needs dry-washing will instead be brought to a laundry service at additonal cost

- GARBAGE This property offers a service of garbage collection and disposal. We strongly encourage all guests to recycle all recyclables by placing them in the specially marked container, while regular trash must be bagged and disposed of in the bins.
