Charming luxury waterfront residence, located in a dominant and panoramic position, on the first hills of Lerici, with a wonderful sea view that stretches from the Gulf of Poets to the picturesque Castle. This house, unique of its kind, was built in 1963 on a project by “André Svetchine” of Nice, a famous architect of international fame and Russian origin, well known and appreciated for having designed the villas of various famous people such as Christian Dior, Henry Pierre Heineken, and Marc Chagall, just to name a few.

The property occupies a panoramic and at the same time very comfortable position, just 600 meters from all the main services and from the wonderful beaches that characterize this stretch of coast. Porto Lotti, one of the main and most refined private ports in Liguria, is only 3 km away and can be easily reached in a few minutes by car.
