• Second Suite: Flexible twin or double bed arrangement, a bathroom with dual sinks, and both indoor and outdoor walk-in showers.
• Third Suite: A serene space with twin or double beds and a bathroom featuring a single sink and shower.

The villa boasts a stylish living room with a cozy fireplace, a dining area, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with premium Gaggenau appliances. Outside, a 71 m² furnished balcony is perfect for al fresco dining, while a 112 m² solarium provides a lounge area and sun loungers for soaking up the sun.
