Villa Le Due Lune is a charming farmhouse that has been recently renovated and divided into two beautifully furnished country houses: Luna Blu and Luna Rosa. These two villas are rented together as a single property, ensuring complete privacy for guests.

Each villa features a private outdoor area, perfect for al fresco dining, and a lovely swimming pool positioned to capture the breathtaking views of the Magra Valley. The villa is nestled among lush greenery, fruit trees, and flowers, offering a peaceful retreat with panoramic views of the Apuan Alps and the Magra River.

This is an ideal getaway for those looking to explore the Cinque Terre, Ligurian coast, and Tuscany while enjoying the region’s exquisite cuisine. Guests can easily reach the seaside in just 40 minutes by car or train, choosing between the wild beaches of the Cinque Terre and the elegant shores of Versilia.

Thanks to its strategic location, Villa Le Due Lune allows easy access to cultural and natural landmarks, including Portovenere, Cinque Terre, the Gulf of Poets, Portofino, and Genoa. Despite its secluded setting, the villa is only a short drive from the charming town of Filattiera and the train station in Pontremoli, which offers connections to Pisa, Florence, and Lucca.

• Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.

HOUSE RULES & LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

• Guest Registration Required: In accordance with Italian law (ART. 109 – TULPS), all guests must be registered before access to the property. This requires submitting full contact details and a copy of a passport before arrival. Personal data will be handled per privacy law (D. Lgs. 196/2003).
• Booking Age Requirement: The credit card holder must be 25 years or older at the time of booking.
• Late Check-in Fee: €50 (after 8 PM, payable in cash upon arrival)

• Cancel up to 61 days before your trip and get a full refund.
• Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at the time of booking. According to Italian law (ART. 109 – TULPS), the owners and/or managers of any touristic structure are required to register their guests with the authorities before allowing their access to the facilities. To facilitate the registration, process you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number, etc.), a copy of the passport, and the authorization to hold these details by law (D. Lgs. 196/2003) on privacy protection, before you arrive at the property. This information cannot be used to promote, sell, or solicit any service or product to you and is required only for the individual responsible for the rental agreement. For late check-in (after 8 pm) an extra cost of 50,00 euros is required to be paid in cash upon arrival.
