Larimar is a luxury three-bedroom Caribbean beachfront villa, and one of a select few villas clustered within the very private Davis Bay Beach on Long Island. Bordered by imposing palms, the villa opens onto the beach and the calm, azure-blue waters of the sheltered Davis Bay.

Guests staying in this exquisite villa rental can take in the incredible views of Henzell Point and across the Caribbean Sea to Antigua. The villa living area is simply gorgeous and has a substantial verandah leading out to the stunning pool and deck area. The deck and terrace area lead right down to the pristine Davis Bay Beach just beyond your garden.

Larimar is a stunning beach front villa which encompasses over 4,000 sq ft of living space. The villa boasts an enormous and completely open central space with numerous seating and dining areas. A big fully air-conditioned kitchen and a voluminous living area have been designed on split levels, yet still complement each other perfectly.

Larimar Villa comes with three magnificent bedrooms, each with luxurious en-suite facilities. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor with one bedroom upstairs. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and some come with their own private patios and sea views.

RATES

Nightly Room Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, with maximum double occupancy per bedroom. Rates are inclusive of gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner in resort restaurants; beverages, cocktails and house wine by the glass, afternoon tea daily, non motorized water sports, use of three tennis courts, two resort pools, fitness center, putting green, croquet field and daily children’s program.14% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge Additional.

CANCELLATION

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 50% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

• Check out by 10AM
• No parties with exterior visitors allowed
• No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities
• The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state. Villas Retreats reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
