The interiors include a spacious living room, a veranda and dining area with garden vistas, and a professional kitchen that will make a perfect location for cooking classes.  On the sweeping grounds, there’s a large heated swimming pool, a solarium, and a tennis court. Hidden away, yet very close to the village of Montecatini Alto center, this estate offers a perfect spot for families and friends traveling together.

The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a fresh style with stone, light floors, concrete, quality custom-made boards, and furnishing. The house have been reconstructed and refurbished in 2019, with a nature immersive approach, connecting buildings and its wide veranda to the surrounding landscape.
The property features an indoor well-equipped, professional kitchen with electric ovens, fridges, and a freezer, featuring all professional tools for cooking, including professional pots and trays. There is an outdoor alfresco area with a stone oven and a large table ideal for breakfasts and computer work under the pergola, with an electrical plug to connect devices. Current owners have restored the estate to its original layout, choosing a palette of colors to contrast and match that of the countryside.  This is a relaxed retreat filled with a contemporary vibe, full of natural light, and a very welcoming atmosphere.

The interior of the property measures 400 square meters and it can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests plus 3 in extra beds offering 6 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms plus 2 service bathrooms. Best used for 12 people, in total. The estate includes 1 hectare of private grounds, gardens, and private property.

Families with young children and hikers will love this six-bedroom house, featuring incredibly panoramic views, over four hundred square meters of indoor space, and wide exteriors; rented on an exclusive basis after a dramatic one-year renovation between 2019 and 2020, it was previously a wedding location, the estate has been fenced and gated, redecorated, leaving its charm intact. The property is accessed via a white road designed by two rows of maritime pines, welcoming guests into its parking and fountains promenade.

The house is developed on three levels: the entrance level, with the living and the bedrooms area, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms, each one with private windows or covered terraces and patios, located on the first floor. The first second floor level contains three ensuite bedrooms, including the house’s master bedroom with its private covered panoramic terrace and tub. The ground level, leveled at the park and gardens, offers a well-equipped and semi-professional kitchen, a living and game area, three service bathrooms, and a huge panoramic 150 square meters veranda, with tables and chairs, surrounded by lemon trees, directly accessible from the patio, overlooking the hills and the valley of olive trees. The Living & Dining area is perfect for dining inside, in the warmth of the house: perfect wintertime dinners, family gatherings, and even Christmas Eve have been spent here: there are big wooden tables and chairs for up to 16 seats, with a game or dancing area by the monumental staircase with books and a glass wine cellar. The living area is directly connected to the Veranda and the Kitchen and has private Heating and AC with its own remote control. The Veranda is the most loved place in the house: surrounded by the olive groves and overlooking a blue sky, a beautiful valley, and the lovely, lovely medieval village of Montecatini Alto, just a few minutes walking away, the veranda features over 40 seats for dining or receptions, with additional sofas and armchairs for talking or tasting evenings. It is naturally cooled or heated with ventilators and heating thanks to its position and features a Bluetooth powerful audio system for private parties or background music when on-site. The veranda relates to the dining and living area and with its alfresco patio outside, leading through the staircase to the swimming pool on a lower level, forming a spectacular scenario for happy, memorable nights in Tuscany.

• T.P.T (Travel Planning & Tax) fee applies for each booking, its amount is linked to the number of guests and it has a flat-rate value of €680 This amount guarantees the travel planning time, performed by a dedicated travel planner, the remote emergency service active 24/7, the check-in at 4 pm on arrival day, including property status control and its report and the check-out at 10 am, featuring the property damage control at 8:30 am on check-out day, finally the detailed accounting of services ordered and the touristic taxes (flat rate)
