The private luxury domicile with 1,400m² of living space and ten magnificent double rooms, is designed like a boutique hotel for private as well as business meetings of up to twenty people. The interior design is visually captivating with a unique mix of casual-modern and vintage furnishings, expressive works of art by friendly artists, and extraordinary artifacts from all over the world, which the owner has collected on his travels. Great care has been taken to ensure that furniture, fabrics, and building materials are as far as possible 100% natural as – made of wood, linen, wool, and cotton. Every conceivable luxury has been considered. In addition to the facilities in the main house, which include cinemas, meeting rooms, a billiard room, and a nightclub with a 70s look, the extensive grounds offer many opportunities for joint activities.

The spacious pool area with sun loungers and Moroccan Berber tents is a meeting point or the wellness area with an indoor pool, steam bath, sauna, massage, and beauty suite as well as a Cellgym® for cell regeneration through altitude training. For sports sessions, there is a volleyball court, a paddle tennis facility, a gym, as well as yoga and meditation areas. Past the property’s horse paddock, hiking, jogging, and cycling trails lead into the Tramuntana Mountains.

Extras include guided horseback rides in the surrounding area or a helicopter excursion for lunch in Ibiza. A service team consisting of a concierge, chef, maid, technicians, and gardeners takes care of the guests’ well-being – around the clock if desired.
