Villa Estebana is situated in a dream location and offers a breathtaking view of the harbor of Port de Andratx, the coastal town itself, the open sea, and the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains. The many lights around the harbor also create a very special atmosphere at night.

The iron gate opens by remote control to the driveway into the villa’s double garage. From here you have direct access to the house – or you can choose the staircase to the official front door. Via the indicated entrance hall you reach the spacious living room with an official dining table on the left-hand side and at the same time the open, super-modern kitchen with an informal dining counter on the right-hand side, in the extension of which there is another large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Large panoramic windows with numerous sliding doors line the entire front facing the pool terrace and seaside.

On the upper living level, the generously proportioned master suite with a modern bathroom and small private balcony form its own living wing on the right and another large double bedroom with king size bed and a smaller bedroom with a bed 1.40 m wide form the other on the left. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms but share the same sea-view balcony. All rooms are air-conditioned, and WiFi throughout the house.

Nestled in a well-kept Mediterranean garden with lawn, very large, very comfortably furnished sun and shade terraces, the summer kitchen with BBQ and the large pool with staircase entrance, this fantastic, very quietly located villa with incomparable sea views provides all the prerequisites for a successful holiday. Let your soul dangle to your heart’s content, sunbathe and barbecue al fresco, or actively challenge the pool’s counter-current system and get your heart and circulation pumping with a sauna session – all this and much more will delight you.

The infrastructure is also clear: the center of the village and the harbor promenade of Port de Andratx are about 3 minutes away, the nearest golf course and sandy beach of Camp de Mar as well as the beach of Sant Elm are about 10 minutes away by car, and Palma and the airport are about 30 and 40 minutes away respectively.
