Located near the charming town of Fasano, the estate comes with its orchard with lemon, orange, and tangerine trees. Set on a higher level than the garden with his swimming pool looking over the grounds, the main house affords views of the scenic landscape from almost every angle.

The interiors include a spacious living room, a dining area, and a private wellness area. On the sweeping grounds, there’s an infinity-edge pool, a solarium, and multiple chairs and sofas for guests. Very close to the town center, this estate offers five bedrooms decorated in elegant style with color-washed walls in pale shades, contemporary fabrics, and several bespoke furnishing by local Italian artisans.

The extension of the Wi-Fi is indoors throughout all the rooms and common areas, and outdoors it is available at the swimming pool.

The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a new-classic style with white walls, washed terracotta floors, quality custom-made headboards, and marble. Vaulted ceilings lend a rustic feel to the interiors. Modern yet very comfortable, this is a chic retreat full of light and a welcoming vibe.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

• Morning Housekeeping Service 2 maids 4 hours a day 7 days a week (from 9 AM to 1 PM); Buffet breakfast, continental, included from June to September;
• Change of bed linen on arrival and half week (Saturday and Tuesday); Change of bathroom and linen on arrival and half-week (Tuesday and Thursday);
• Daily change of spa and pool towels (one per day per person);
• Electricity (Air Conditioning), Gas (Heating), and Wi-Fi consumption is included; Exclusive use of the spa which consists of a sauna, Turkish bath, ice waterfall, emotional shower, and heated pool (the heated pool consumption is included from June to September, and extra at€430 per day plus VAT 22%, with minimum weekly use);
