Located inside the charming town of Sorrento, the estate comes with a private garden. This three-level house affords a quiet and private environment inside the town, right next to the beach. The interiors include two spacious living rooms, three dining areas one on the outside, a well-equipped kitchen, an office corner, a laundry area, and a gym. On the sweeping grounds, there’s a wooden above-ground pool and a solarium with 10 sunbeds. Secluded and private, yet very close to the town center, this estate offers 6 bedrooms decorated in elegant style with relaxing white walls, contemporary fabrics, and several bespoke furnishing by local Italian artisans. The villa is easily accessible for those traveling by public transport: it is just a seven-minute walk from the Sorrento train station, 55 kilometers from Naples airport, and just 1,5 kilometers from the port of Sorrento.

The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a contemporary style with stone, and terracotta floors, quality washed wooden boards, and marble. High ceilings lend a bright feel to the interiors. Modern yet very comfortable, this is a chic retreat full of light and a welcoming vibe. Well hidden from the Sorrento life, in its private garden, this villa features an outside swimming pool and a dining area with BBQ, whose current owners embarked on a constant renovation upgrading every year the property since 2010.

In 2018 a dependence was added, featuring a separate area complete with a bedroom and additional kitchen, while in 2019 new top-of-the-line appliances have been installed in the villa, such as the audio Bluetooth system throughout the entire property, garden included. Parking space.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

• Drinks and appetizers on arrival;
• Morning housekeeping service 1 person of staff 2 hours a day 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) from 9 am to 11:30 am;
• Change of all linen on arrival;
• Electricity (Air Conditioning), Gas (Heating), and Pool heating consumption is included – Please note that more hours of cleaning may be needed, depending on the size and habits of the group: our team will automatically increase hours and/or staff if needed, to be accounted as extra, in order to maintain the house tidy and ready for current and upcoming guests)

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

• The TPT (Travel Planning & Tax) fee applies to each reserved week or portion at the cost of €340 for every 8 guests booked. This amount includes (i) Travel planning (ii) Remote emergency service (iii) Check-in with property status control (iv) Check-out and property and damages control on departure day (v) Detailed accounting of services (vi) Daily tourist tax per person per night.

CANCELLATION 

The deposit shall be paid for confirmation and it’s 50% of the rental plus taxes.
Balance must be paid a maximum of 90 days prior to arrival and it consists of 50% of rental plus 20% of gross rental (of which 10% for Damage Deposit and 10% of Refundable Advanced Provisioning Allowance).

Bookings canceled 91 days (or more) prior to arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
Bookings canceled 90 days (or less) prior to arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
The same provisions, as to the calculation of penalties, will apply to requests for Rental date change.

All credit card holders must be aged 21 years and older at check-in. Saturday to Saturday bookings only. According to Italian law (ART. 109 – TULPS), the owners and/or managers of any touristic structure are required to register their guests with the authorities prior to allowing their access to the facilities. In order to facilitate the registration process, you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number, etc.), a copy of the passport, and the authorization to hold these details in accordance with law (D. Lgs. 196/2003) on privacy protection, prior to your arrival at the property. This information cannot be used to promote, sell, solicit any service or product to you and is required only for the individual responsible for the rental agreement. Safety deposit by cash is collected on arrival.
