Nestled in the hills of Lunigiana countryside, near to the medieval villages of Fosdinovo and Sarzana, Villa Delizia is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees which are cultivated with care by owners following biological old farming methods. (The production is certified CCPB N.BWQQ and DOC).

Villa Delizia is the perfect combination for those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday with a book by the pool tasting some of the best Italian products, immersed in a unique atmosphere of coziness and peace.

In addition, the owners give you the chance to taste and buy their exquisite products of DOC and IGT wine-like “Vermentino dei Colli di Luni”, Extravirgin olive oil, and upon request the owner can cook hand made pasta and delicious local dishes.

• Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and get a full refund.
• Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in. Saturday to Saturday bookings only. According to Italian law (ART. 109 – TULPS), the owners and/or managers of any touristic structure are required to register their guests with the authorities before allowing their access to the facilities. To facilitate the registration, process you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number, etc.), a copy of the passport, and the authorization to hold these details by law (D. Lgs. 196/2003) on privacy protection, before you arrived at the property. This information cannot be used to promote, sell, solicit any service or product to you and is required only for the individual responsible for the rental agreement. For late check-in (after 8 pm), an extra cost of 50,00 euros is required to be paid in cash upon arrival.
