Guests have the best of both worlds at this stunning Mexican villa- the privacy of your villa while having full access to all of the amazing amenities of the Four Seasons such as the restaurants, spa, gym, kids club, pools, beaches, tennis and shops. There are also 2 private resident’s beach clubs along with 2 Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf courses for the golf and beach enthusiasts in the group. Should any guest need anything at any time at Villa Colorata, you will have excellent 24-hour room service along with your private butler and housekeeper.

Colorata is lavishly designed with a seamless combination of contemporary Pacific Coast architecture, decorated in neutral tones with splashes of color in the form of hand-made Mexican handicrafts. Colorata boasts up to 8,000 sq.ft of living space. Guests will also have incredible sea views from the private terraces, patio areas, pool, and Jacuzzi.

If you have a larger group/family or event there is the option of using a neighboring 4-bedroom villa which can provide up to 9 bedrooms when combined with Colorata.

All 5 bedrooms are very spacious with neutral stone floors, contemporary Mexican furniture, and art. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with L’occitaine toiletries.

Master Suite #1 features a King-size Bed, an oversized bi-level room with a spacious sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The patio opens out to the Jacuzzi and outdoor lounge area. There is also a spacious en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, a tub, and a walk-in closet.

Master Suite #2 features a King-size Bed, a private terrace with an outdoor lounge area, en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Master Suite #3 features a King-size Bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

CANCELLATION

Cancel up to 61 days before your trip and only pay 50% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

HOUSE RULES

• Check out by 10AM
• No parties with exterior visitors allowed
• No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities
• The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state. Villas Retreats reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
