This Italian renovated villa features an edged pool with a salt water system, not heated and open all year, a hot tub that can be heated up to 40°, and a 360° view garden. Set amid the bewitching hills of Crete Senesi, it features an annex with a master bedroom, a gym, and spectacular views. The home design has been approached with historical research, resulting in a new classical style. Wood-beamed ceilings lend a rustic feel to the interiors. Elements of classic Italian residential architecture, such as the original stone walls, have been combined with contemporary touches, modern furnishing, and stucco walls. Aesthetically, the house recalls traditional typologies and traditional materials, including cotto, cedar, and locally sourced stone. Stylish and very comfortable, this retreat blended traditional and modern architecture, with an elegant aura and a welcoming vibe.

• Morning housekeeping service 1 person of staff 5 hours a day 7 days a week from 9 am to 1 pm;

THE PRICE NOT INCLUDES

• The TPT (Travel Planning & Tax) fee applies to each reserved week or portion at €340 for every 8 guests booked. This amount includes (i) Travel planning, (ii) Remote emergency service, (iii) Check-in with property status control, (iv) Check-out and property and damages control on departure day, (v) Detailed accounting of services, (vi) Daily tourist tax per person per night

CANCELLATION TERMS

• The deposit shall be paid for confirmation and it’s 50% of the rental plus taxes
  Balance must be paid a maximum of 90 days before arrival and it consists of 50% of rental plus 20% of gross rental (of which 10% for Damage Deposit and 10% of Refundable Advanced Provisioning Allowance)
• Bookings canceled 91 days (or more) before arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
  Bookings canceled 90 days (or less) before arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
  The same provisions, as to the calculation of penalties, will apply to requests for Rental date change.
