This stunning 15th century Tuscan stone building was lovingly and skilfully restored, transforming it from an old country farm house to a truly magnificent villa that is set in a peaceful, idyllic area in the hills surrounding Cortona. The 5-bedroom / 4-bathroom property provides absolute comfort with modern amenities, while maintaining its genuine Tuscan charm and style.

The ground floor consists of a well equipped kitchen, dining area and small sitting area, as well as one single bedroom. An elegant, winding staircase leads to the first floor, with two double bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, then up to the second floor with two more double bedrooms and one shared bathroom.

Outside of the villa, there is another small kitchen, BBQ and a gazebo with comfortable outdoor furniture, ideal for al fresco dining or lounging with your family and friends. Walk in the fresh air in the superbly manicured gardens, or take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool.

The views from the veranda are simply stunning, overlooking the Valdichiana valley and the hills surrounding Cortona. This unique setting is perfect for exploring Tuscany and also enjoying a peaceful holiday immersed in nature.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Peak season from 30/07 to 20/08
• High: from 25/06 to 30/07 and from 20/08 to 10/09
• Low and Medium: remaining dates
• Stays are from Saturday to Saturday
• Check in is from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm
• Check out by 10:00 am

EXTRA COSTS

• Heating, air conditioning and electricity on consumption
• Final cleaning: 200€
• Security deposit: 500€
• A visitor tax will be required by Cortona’s Municipality for each person over 12 years old

CANCELLATION

• Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 30% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
• Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
