Outdoor and Pool area
The villa is truly a sight to behold with its modern architecture featuring curved walls and spiraling staircases that wrap around the exterior. Shimmering underneath the steps is a stunning freeform 10-metre swimming pool, bordered by an inviting timber pool deck. The periphery is dotted with luscious greenery, to add that extra bit of nature for a refreshingly good time. The pool connects directly to the floor of the open-plan living area, giving you easy access to both. Beanbag chairs are slouched on the deck for you to lounge upon or sunbathe as you wish! The high-walled gardens ensure that your time spent at Villa Cahya is one that is private and away from prying eyes
Living Areas
Through the garden, you are led to the open-sided living area of the villa which is a contemporary space marked by bright turquoise, a timber ceiling, and shades of white. The gorgeous flooring reflects the lighting overhead, creating a comfortable and opulent ambiance. Lounge on the beanbag chairs or the plush, white couches as you enjoy the tranquility and peace that engulfs you. The beautiful space is clean and pristine offering beautiful and serene views of the garden and the large swimming pool.
Another media lounge is found upstairs, which is essentially for snuggling with loved ones on the couch as you lose yourself while watching amazing movies on the massive flat-screen TV. The dining area is found on the lower level and has an eight-seater table with turquoise chairs set against a view of the pool. The western kitchen is open-plan and is equipped with modern amenities, ready for a cook-off!
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There are three bedrooms at Villa Cahya – the master is found on the ground floor and the two guest bedrooms on the upper floor. The master suite is spacious, air-conditioned, and features a well-lit layout owing to the large windows and sliding glass doors that lead to the pool. The wooden floors are graced by a faux-fur rug to add a cozy touch to the room. The wall-mounted TV is to keep you entertained. The en-suite bathroom is luxurious and equipped to offer the most amazing experience with an outdoor Jacuzzi set in a timber deck.
The two guest bedrooms are also air-conditioned, while one of them is furnished with a queen-bed, the other is furnished with twin-beds perfect for kids. The first bedroom is even adjoined to the balcony that offer splendid views of the neighboring areas and the property. With twin wardrobes in the second room, there is ample storage space without a kiddie fight! Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with necessary amenities and facilities.
Staff & Services
The villa is staffed with a villa manager who oversees the smooth and proper functioning of the villa. There is housekeeping, security, pool maintenance, and gardening to keep the maintenance in check. For services like laundry, in-house massages, meal preparation etc. the staff is happy to make arrangements, however, these come at an additional cost.
LOCATION
The villa could not be located at a better location with Petitenget beach right at your doorstep as well as some of the most popular restaurants like Metis, Sardine, La Lucciola, etc. to explore. Seminyak is also known for the renowned ‘eat-street’ which has great cafes, restaurants, and high-end shops. End your night with a chilled drink at one of the beach bars like Potato Head or Ku De Ta!
