Villa Begonia is a wonderful modern Villa in the heart of the Sardinian Coast and the Mediterranean Sea, in the Costa Smeralda surroundings, and in front of the magnificent National Marine Park of Tavolara Island. It offers a unique taste and atmosphere, providing a refreshing experience of fresh air and freedom.

The Villa allows guests to enjoy the beautiful external spaces, including the huge infinity swimming pool with whirlpools, Jacuzzi, and hydrotherapy, along with the wonderful garden and breathtaking sea views.

The spacious and modern kitchen offers internal dining and direct access to the external dining area on the main veranda, situated just in front of the swimming pool.

The large and elegant living room, with its open-style living space, opens onto two covered verandas and gardens, offering beautiful views of the pool and the sea. Additionally, an interesting studio room and a luxury guest toilet are located nearby.

ACCOMMODATION

All 5 bedrooms feature large double beds and are spacious and comfortable. The accommodation is spread across 3 different sides:

• The large master bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) on the east side,
• The main guest room (with en-suite bathroom) is on the west side.
• Overlooking the south side of the villa, connected with a staircase, is another reserved living room with a private veranda and garden. This comfortable living room properly services this property area and links the other 3 guest bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms use another big and convenient bathroom for themselves.

• Cancel up to 61 days before your trip and get a full refund.
• Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

All credit card holders must be aged 21 years and older at check-in. Villa Vittoria is rented every week from Saturday to Saturday. According to Italian law (ART.109 – TULPS), the Hosts and/or managers of any touristic structure are required to register their Guests with the authorities before allowing their access to the facilities. To facilitate the registration process you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number, etc.), a copy of the passport, and the authorization to hold these details by law (D. Lgs.196/2003) on privacy protection, before you arrived at the property. This information cannot be used to promote, sell, or solicit any service or product from you and is required only for the individual responsible for the rental agreement. While children are welcome, supervision will be due because of no fences or lifeguards.

Heating costs are not included in the price and must be paid directly on the spot to the Host or his/her representative before departing. Please note that heating in Italy, when not subject to restrictions by the local Government, is more expensive compared to other countries.
If you are looking for a property in low season, make sure to ask for an estimate of the heating cost. You may be asked for a supplementary deposit for heating expenses. Internet connection could be interrupted due to technical reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to provide support and reestablish the connection however we strongly recommend that those who need access to their emails should bring their own portable devices. Please note that in any case, we cannot accept responsibility for the lack of these services.
