Recently renovated with high standard requirements, villa Aris is located in a complex 5 minutes away from Paraga beach, Agia Anna Bay, Psarou beach, and Lino town center.

Its architecture is minimal emphasizing the simplicity and beauty of the Cycladic islands. The interior is cozy and decorated with pristine, and tastefully appointed,

comfortable furniture and artwork. The large windows, allow plenty of light to come in every room and offer a unique view no matter in which room of the villas you are.

Entering the villa you find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room with a couch for 8 persons, a bathroom with shower, and a wooden deck with the first double bed. Turning left, you find the hall which leads to two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds. Rooms are comfortably spacious and tastefully furnished in a bright, minimalist style, incorporating white walls and ceilings with traditional features of Cycladic architecture, making this Villa a top choice for those who seek the best from traditional and modern design. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

GROUNDS

There is a private outdoor area with a rich garden and sea view that has a lounge area, an outdoor dining table for 6 people with a sofa and chairs, and a barbeque. At the common outdoor area of the complex, there is a big shared pool of 15 x 6 m with sunbeds where you can enjoy sunsets and amazing views.

POLICIES AND REQUIREMENTS 

Cancellation

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 30% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
