Villa Antonia is located in Gruda, Konavle, situated at the edge of Konavle field. A charming place surrounded by a well-maintained garden, ideal for families with children or for groups of friends.

It is located 30 kilometers from the UNESCO protégé Old City of Dubrovnik and 15 from Cavtat, the tourist and cultural center of Konavle . It is easily reachable since Čilipi airport is only 10 km away. The border of the Republic of Montenegro is only 10 kilometers away which allows you to visit popular tourist towns such as Herceg Novi (17km), Kotor (30 km), Budva, and St. Stefan (35 km). It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature or a starting place to head off for daily excursions to Bosnian Mostar and Međugorje or Montenegro, or even Split.

Surrounding villages, hills, little rivers, and beaches- famous “Konavle rocks”, guests can explore with bicycles which are at their disposal in the villa. Numerous bicycle paths cross the region and often, groups of sportsmen bike around. For those interested in horses there is a tour of “horseback riding” starting just a few km away from the villa, and also an ATV safari. Konavle is well-known for delicious traditional domestic food which can be found in many village households all of them just a few km away.

If you want to immerse yourself into the distant history of the Konavle region, make sure you visit Illyrian piles in Mikulici, Mithraeum in Mocici, or tombstones in Brotnice and St. Barbara church in Dubravka. The beautiful surroundings and heritage of “Dubrovnik Republic” can be best met during a visit to the mills on the river Ljuta or fortress Soko Grad. Cosmopolitanism and connectivity of this region with global trends of the second half of the 19th and the first half of the 20th century could be felt in the Cavtat Gallery Bukovac, Mausoleum of family Racic or Collection of Baltazar Bogisic.
Most peaceful places such as Molunat with its beautiful beaches and Prevlaka Nature Park are only a few minutes away by car so be sure to visit them!

Villa Antonia has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a dining and living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor pool, and a terrace.

As soon as guests arrive at the property they are always delighted with the size of the garden which is fully fenced and provides great privacy to its guests. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms – double and twin, one bathroom and a toilet for the guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a big dining and living room with a flat-screen TV and a pull-out sofa bed. Stepping outside the ground floor you will find yourself in a beautiful garden – part of it is designed as an outside terrace equipped with a barbeque.

On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. From two lovely terraces on the first floor guests can enjoy lovely views of green Konavle scenery.

Policies and requirements

Cancellation

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 40% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
