A stunning property, recently finished in 2021, with priceless sea views only steps away from the Adriatic Sea. Each detail and luxury has been thought of for your enjoyment including an infinity pool, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy the views and modern appliances for a carefree holiday. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors allow for breathtaking views and optimal light. The furnishings are modern as well as tasteful with complementing color combinations. Open plan dining room seats 10 and the outdoor covered patio provides a further alfresco dining area with a BBQ, as well as a separate seating/relaxing area to enjoy sunsets or simply to enjoy life. Two levels occupy the 260m2 with sleeping areas with ensuite bedrooms on the upper level, and a living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and wellness center all on the ground level with access to the pool deck.

In four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. One of the bedrooms has a sofa bed with the ability to accommodate one more adult or two children, if necessary. Villa Anka is one of the three sister villas (including Pothos and Athos) located exactly next to each other, therefore if you are vacationing with a large family or a group of friends we would be delighted to host you all!

Villa Anka is located near Rogoznica, a small village yet a popular tourist destination known for its sheltered bay and calm sea. Plenty of restaurants serving local delicacies, shops, and beaches are in the vicinity. Not to be missed is the UNESCO proclaimed Old Town Trogir 30-minute drive away. Or head down to Split for a day to experience one of Croatia’s most popular cities, offering abundant dining options, shopping, cafes, historical sites, and active nightlife.
