Villa Ametista is located in St. Lazarus. Set above the bay of Psarou, this luxury-built villa boasts resort-worthy outdoor living areas and is located just minutes from Platys Gialos and Psarou beach.

While the villa embraces the traditional materials of stone and white stucco, its open layout and contemporary interiors create a modern and elegant concept of indoor-outdoor living.

The villa occupies a total area of approximately 200 sq.m on three levels, comprising of a spacious living room with a fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 master bedrooms inside the main villa, 1 WC for quests, and 1 exterior double guest studio.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

The villa rental rate for each villa includes:

• Daily cleaning
• Twice a week change of linen & towels
• Maintenance 8 hours/day available on call (8 am – 4 pm)
• All villas feature a fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances – the suites feature a kitchenette
• Complimentary WiFi – (we’re not responsible for the internet speed – the internet provider is responsible for that, in our case OTE)

CANCELLATION

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 30% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

HOUSE RULES

• No smoking
• Pets not allowed
• Check-in is 4 PM> 7 PM
• Check out by 10 AM
• No parties with exterior visitors allowed
• No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities
• No smoking allowed inside the villas
• The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state. Villas Retreats reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
• All credit card holders must be aged 21 years and older at check-in. Saturday to Saturday bookings only.
