The property is located in one of the most fascinating and uncontaminated areas of Versilia, the famous marine area of Forte dei Marmi. Sea and culture are the two characteristics of Forte dei Marmi, one of the most famous tourist centers along the Tuscan shore. Villa Alpemar is located along the coast at a few steps from the luxury beach club Alpemare owned by Andrea Boccelli (Italian popular tenor singer). The distance from the beach is 100 meters (2 minutes walking only!). The interiors style is modern with high design furniture. At the front, the property includes a swimming-pool and fully furnished lounge area. The outside of the house features a typical Mediterranean garden.

Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

In order to facilitate the registration, process you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number etc.), a copy of the passport and the authorization to hold these details in accordance to law (D. Lgs. 196/2003) on privacy protection, prior to your arrival at the property. This information cannot be used to promote, sell, solicit any service or product to you and is required only for the individual responsible for the rental agreement. Security Deposit will be required upon check in. For late check in (after 8 pm) an extra cost of 50,00 euros is required to be paid in cash upon arrival.
