Villa Alessandrina is a 6-bedroom Villa with a 130m² private pool in St. John, a short distance from Ornos Beach, overlooking the beautiful view of Little Venice in Mykonos. In harmony with the traditional architecture of Mykonos island and enjoying one of the most panoramic locations, Villa Alessandrina stands as a tribute to traditional design and appreciation of space.

The villa is built on a plot of about 4,5 acres, in an amphitheater location, occupying a total area of 430,00 m2 two levels, comprising of an open space living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms master, 1 WC for quests and 3 studio for quests and 1 studio ideal for service staff or guests.

There are shaded lounges and dining areas with BBQ while the comfortable sunbathing beds around the large private infinity pool, offer the perfect scenery to enjoy the day in privacy. We offer daily cleaning and twice a week change of linen, to all our villas in Mykonos.

The villa rental rate for each villa includes:

• Daily cleaning
• Twice a week change of linen & towels
• Maintenance 8 hours / day available on call (8 am – 4 pm)
• All villas feature fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances – the suites feature kitchenette
• Complimentary WiFi – (we’re not responsible for the internet speed – the internet provider is responsible for that, in our case OTE)

CANCELLATION

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 30% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

HOUSE RULES

• No smoking
• Pets not allowed
• Check-in is 4PM > 7PM
• Check out by 10AM
• No parties with exterior visitors allowed
• No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities
• No smoking allowed inside the villas
• The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state. Villas Retreats reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
• All credit card holders must be aged 21 years and older at check-in. Saturday to Saturday bookings only.
