An attractive serviced apartment designed by architect Michele Bonan (Gallery Art Hotel, JK Place, Lungarno Suites amongst some of his creations), this private house is located in a 15thcentury
Palazzo, again restored in 2015, just five minutes’ walk from Piazza Santa Croce, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. A mix of harmony, coherence and irony are the keys.
The atmosphere of the house is one of comfortable serenity, right in the centre of town. Inside guests will find some exposed paints and original frescos and the local concierge will be available to
book any service and fulfil any desire, including Art, Shopping and Tasting tours in the city of Florence as well as the surrounding areas, and to provide a complete list of events and concerts
happening all around the property, while our selection of places and restaurants will be sent prior to arrival.
The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a classic style with terracotta floors, tailored upholstery, vaulted ceilings lend and one elegant feel to the interiors.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

• Morning Housekeeping Service 4 hours on arrival day, 1 maid;
• Change of bathroom and bed linen on arrival;
• Electricity (Air Conditioning) and Gas (Heating) consumption is included – Please note that more hours of cleaning may be needed, depending on the size and habits of group: our team will automatically increase hours and/or staff if needed, to be accounted as extra, in order to maintain the house tidy and ready for current and upcoming guests)

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

• T.P.T (Travel Planning & Tax) fee applies for each booking, its amount is linked to the number of guests and it has a flat-rate value of €340. This amount guarantees the travel planning time, performed by a dedicated travel planner, the remote emergency service active 24/7, the check-in at 4 pm on arrival day, including property status control and its report and the check-out at 10 am, featuring the property damage control at 8:30 am on check-out day, finally the detailed accounting of services ordered and the touristic taxes (flat rate)
