Accommodation

The lodge features eight cozy, en-suite bedrooms designed for restful nights and large social spaces for shared moments. The inviting “stua” with its open fireplace serves as the central gathering point for all guests.

All rooms include:

Included in your stay are all the meals of the day – (alcoholic- and other bottled beverages are charged separately):

Location

Lodge Astrid is situated in Djupvik, a picturesque village along the Lyngen Fjord.

Nearest Airports:

• Tromsø Airport (TOS): 2.5 hours by car
• Sørkjosen Airport (SOJ): 15 minutes by car (accessible via a 25-minute scenic flight from Tromsø)

Travel Tips:

Direct flights to Tromsø are available from London Gatwick (LGW) with Norwegian Airlines on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Alternatively, connect via Oslo (OSL) with daily flights operated by Norwegian Airlines or SAS.

Children:

Visiting Norway with kids is a great experience. Due to the layout of the Lodge and the general intimate, relaxed ambiance, however, we allow children from the age of 12 only in winter. Children from the age of 4 are most welcome during the summer months when we are better able to accommodate little ones.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation:

• A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before your arrival.

Security Deposit:

• A refundable security deposit of €1,000 is required. This will be returned within 7 days of departure, subject to inspection of the property.

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in: From 4:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Guests:

• Maximum occupancy: 16 guests
• The property is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.

Damage Policy:

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

Policies and requirements

Cancellation

• Cancel up to 61 days before your trip and get a full refund.
• Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
