Evelyn Eco Retreat is beautifully surrounded by a lake, forest and fields. Skavsta Airport is 15 minutes’ drive away, while Stockholm is 90 minutes’ drive away. This eco-friendly property is carbon dioxide negative and focuses on sustainability.
Guests can choose between different accommodation options, standard hotel room, cottage or studios with a self-catering kitchen. Rooms feature Nordic design. A sauna can be enjoyed free of charge.
On the farm there are sheep, cows, chickens and cats. There are also 2 bee hives where Evelyn Eco Retreat produces its own honey. When in season, you can buy fresh organic vegetables, eggs and honey at the farm. The farm is using a natural sewage system, where the water is cleaned through plants and microbes.
Guests can also enjoy forest walks, as well as mushroom picking, bird watching or even spot deer, hare, moose or boar. There is a natural swimming pond at the property.
A sandy beach is found 6 km away. Kolmården Animal Park is a 40-minute drive away from Evelyn Eco Retreat.

LOCATION

On the farm, you can enjoy forest walks. The forest is old, and opens up for all kinds of adventures. Go mushroom picking or look for animals and birds. You can see deer, hare, moose or boar. There is rich bird-and wildlife. There is a five minute drive to a sandy beach and swimming. The beach is perfect for children. The Baltic sea is 30 minute drive away. And there are some beautiful natures reserves around the town of Nyköping.

• The historic town of Nyköping is 20 minutes drive from the farm. It is famous for its old castle, from which there is a nice walk along the river into town. Nyköping is set in the landscape of Södermanland, with many old castles and manors. They are providing interesting visits and great food.
• For families, there is Kolmården, Scandinavias greatest wild life park, only 40 minute drive away.
• Julita Park and castle, also the home of Pettsson and his cat Findus is 50 minutes drive away.
• The walking trail Sörmlandsleden trail is 1000 kilometers long and many trails can be found nearby.
• The nearest food shop to the farm is 7 minutes drive away located in the small town of Stigtomta.

CANCELLATION

Deposit shall be paid for confirmation and it’s 50% of rental plus taxes
Balance must be paid maximum 90 days prior to arrival and it consists of 50% of rental plus 20% of gross rental (of which 10% for Damage Deposit and 10% of Refundable Advanced Provisioning Allowance)

Bookings cancelled 91 days (or more) prior to arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
Bookings cancelled 90 days (or less) prior to arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
The same provisions, as to the calculation of penalties, will apply to requests of Rental dates change.

All credit card holders must be aged 21 years and older at check-in. Saturday to Saturday bookings only. According to Italian law (ART. 109 – TULPS), the owners and/or managers of any touristic structure are required to register their guests with the authorities prior to allowing their access to the facilities. In order to facilitate the registration, process you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number etc.), a copy of the passport and the authorization to hold these details in accordance to law (D. Lgs. 196/2003) on privacy protection, prior to your arrival at the property. This information cannot be used to promote, sell, solicit any service or product to you and is required only for the individual responsible for the rental agreement. Safety deposit by cash is collected on arrival.
