Villa Crisalide is located in Choulakia area of Mykonos island, near Choulakia beach and only a short distance from Agios Stefanos beach, overlooking the beautiful Aegean sea.

The villa occupies a total area of 260.00 m2 on two levels, comprising of a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 WC for quests & 2 exterior studios for quests.

The outdoor areas feature a shaded and wind-protected dining area along with a large swimming pool that stands as an ultimate relaxation spot, enticing guests to sunbathe, while soaking up the crystal blue of the Aegean sea and its dramatic sunsets.

The villa rental rate for each villa includes:

• Daily cleaning
• Twice a week change of linen & towels
• Maintenance 8 hours / day available on call (8 am – 4 pm)
• All villas feature fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances – the suites feature kitchenette
• Complimentary WiFi – (we’re not responsible for the internet speed – the internet provider is responsible for that, in our case OTE)

CANCELLATION

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 30% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

HOUSE RULES

• No smoking
• Pets not allowed
• Check-in is 4PM > 7PM
• Check out by 10AM
• No parties with exterior visitors allowed
• No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities
• The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state. Villas Retreats reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
• All credit card holders must be aged 21 years and older at check-in.
