The beaches of Liguria as well as Tuscany and the Cinque Terre villages are easily accessible from here. Ideal to go during the day to bathe with the family to enjoy the culture of the country and come back in the evening in the freshness and tranquility of the mountains.

The villa has been carefully renovated with fine traditional materials and fabrics of the highest quality to offer all modern comforts.

Surrounded by trees and forests, the property guarantees utmost privacy and seclusion and occupies the perfect spot for peaceful relaxation. In addition, the villa’s outdoor pool and the lovely pergola and relax area invite you to bathe at leisure quitely.

Great location for those who want to visit Tuscany and the Cinque Terre. In 40 minutes you can reach the seaside (Lerici, San Terenzo, Bocca di Magra). Only 15 minutes by car to Aulla’s train station where you can easily reach the amazing Cinque Terre as well as Pisa, Florence, Lucca.

ACCOMMODATION

Walk through the 17th-century arched doorway into the spacious Drawing Room. Comfortable interiors complement the Tuscan style chestnut beamed ceiling and traditional terracotta tiling with a stone fireplace. A small library of books/DVD/cd’s nestle with music/DVD system for modern day comforts.

The Drawing Room leads into the dining room with a banqueting table and chairs seating 8. An ornate ceramic wood-burning stove sits against the medieval stone wall which gives warmth and atmosphere, a magical venue for Christmas and New Year after a day on the local ski slopes.

Enter the ‘Tuscan Style Kitchen’, at the base of the tower, equipped with hob/oven/fridge/freezer and most cooking pans/utensils. For the ‘domestic goddess’ washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

The Grounds

The large garden extends to a shaded open living area with a veranda and pool. Here chairs and a dining table offer wonderful relaxation, leisurely breakfasts, and the perfect setting for intimate dinners. The carefully garden is full of colorful flowers and lovely trees with shady refreshing areas and a spectacular view of the Lunigiana Mountains.
