Villa Reginalda is an elegant Tuscan farmhouse with a large garden and swimming pool located just outside of the charming Etruscan town of Cortona, less than a 5-minute drive into town.

This historic home, completely restored a few years ago, is encompassed by beautiful cypress trees and is equipped with a swimming pool and an additional pool house.

The villa, spread over 2 floors, has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Walking into the large entrance hall on the ground floor, you will find a bright and elegant kitchen, dining room, living room with a stone fireplace and beautiful vaulted ceilings, a study, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room.

On the second floor, you will find the 5 double bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuite bathrooms. From the bedrooms, there is a lovely view of the city of Cortona and the surrounding peaceful countryside.

This is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a glass of wine by the pool, and soak up a beautiful time with friends and family in Tuscany.
