Villa Rosalia is located in the heart of Western Sicily, an area for decades dedicated to the cultivation of the vineyard.  The location is located in an area that gently slopes towards the blue of the sea with its large sandy beaches which are only 2 km away. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with ancient olive trees, palm trees, carob trees, lemons, and lush and colorful bougainvillea. An excellent starting point to visit all the wonders of western Sicily, in full relaxation, surrounded by nature.

Villa Rosalia is spread over three levels. High white ceilings harmoniously contrast with the modern and antique furniture, enriched with oil paintings.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a dining area, a spacious kitchen with a refrigerator, and a double bedroom with a bathroom and sauna. Going upstairs, there is a relaxation area and the billiard room; a staircase leads to the sleeping area consisting of three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, all with air conditioning.

Crossing the garden you reach the large and blue infinity pool, and behind it, there are two furnished porches, one used as a dining area and one as a relaxation area. Adjacent to the arcades there is a double bedroom annex, bathroom with shower, and kitchen. Inside the garden, there is another portico used as a barbeque area with a large wooden table for twelve people, in an atmosphere scented with aromatic plants typical of Sicily.

 Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 30% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
